Over 12,000 Students Appear for NEET Exam Across Southern Districts of Tamil Nadu
In a crucial step toward their medical career dreams, more than 12,000 students across the southern districts of Tamil Nadu appeared for the NEET 2025 exam on Sunday. This marks an important milestone for aspiring doctors in Madurai, Ramanathapuram, and surrounding areas.
The examination saw an overwhelming turnout, with candidates from diverse backgrounds taking part in the medical entrance exam. In Madurai alone, a total of 7,960 candidates registered, but unfortunately, 262 candidates were absent. In Ramanathapuram, another 1,773 students wrote the exam, further demonstrating the strong pursuit of medical education in these districts.
